Raymath’s History: Over 40 Years of Redefining Metal Fabrication

Raymath’s history began in 1982 when Ray Mathieu founded Raymath with the vision of providing much-needed creative tooling and manufacturing solutions for customers throughout Ohio and the surrounding areas. His extensive tool and die experience and training, along with his passion for creating innovative tooling, quickly earned him a reputation for helping his customers streamline their production processes, reducing costs without compromising quality.

In November 2000, Ray sold the business to Bill Moore and Jim Rueff as more product production opportunities came. Bill and Jim had extensive experience in production manufacturing and saw the opportunity to enhance Raymath’s offering by not just making the production tooling but running it. Bill and Jim continued providing tooling to their customers but now offered to provide the finished parts as well. Raymath added lasers, press brakes, and welding to their offering. This allowed Raymath to expand both with its current customers and to new customers. Production eventually went to 3 shifts as Raymath’s reputation and offerings increased.
