Greg LeFevre, CEO
Looking to the Future to Anticipate Needs
Greg has helped Raymath redefine metal fabrication in just a few short years by aggressively embracing automation and robotic capabilities, drastically enhancing speed and quality while reducing costs. Greg started helping at the family business before earning a Computer and Electrical Engineering degree from the University of Notre Dame. Today, Greg combines a love of developing new ways to make things better and faster with decades of experience growing companies from the ground up to anticipate our customer’s future needs.

Planning Production to Ensure Flawless Execution
With a relentless drive to do better than yesterday and a mechanical engineering degree from Ohio State, Jay is a third-generation tinkerer who grew up being inspired by Grandpa to always search for the most creative and simplest solution. Jay joined the Raymath team in 2019 and has helped improve production efficiency by taking great joy in meticulously planning production schedules and watching them unfold flawlessly. Today, Jay continues to ensure on-time delivery with extreme attention to detail.

Shalin Winner, CFO
Working to Maintain Best In Class Pricing
A Pacific Northwest native, Shalin joined the Raymath team 18 years ago with a background in quality and production scheduling and a degree in accounting. Over the years, Shalin worked from the bottom up here at Raymath, developing an in-depth knowledge of the business and the industry while earning multiple career certifications. Today, Shalin uses this comprehensive experience to ensure we maintain our cost-competitive advantage, searching for ways to reduce costs without sacrificing quality or speed of delivery.

Developing Innovative Solutions for Rapid Results
With a degree in Tool Engineering Technology and an extensive background of industry experience, Kraig joined Raymath 16 years ago. Though he always had a mechanical inclination, which was helpful growing up on the family farm, Kraig uses this vast experience and a deep understanding of how parts move through the shop to rapidly develop innovative solutions, cost-effective processes, and superior results that exceed expectations.

Managing Production to Ensure Customer Satisfaction
Eric caught the engineering bug as a Co-Op Engineering Student, where he earned his first engineering and design certification. From there, Eric continued expanding his knowledge through Sinclair Community College and other programs, earning Computer Aided Manufacturing and CNC Technology certifications. After nearly three decades at Raymath, Eric knows a thing or two about ensuring customer satisfaction through the reliable production of quality products.

Jeff has worked at Raymath for 22 years, gaining in-depth knowledge of our processes and contributing to the continuous improvement of product quality and operations. With an extensive background in engineering and manufacturing, including a Mechanical Engineering degree from ITT Tech, Jeff loves being part of the team that collaborates to develop creative solutions, ensuring our products meet the highest quality and compliance standards.
