Our Press Brakes utilize advanced CNC technology to ensure high-quality results across all production volume requirements. These powerful machines, with tonnage ranging from 50 to 230 tons, feature fast setup changeover capabilities for rapid tool changes to meet complex specifications in carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum sheet metals up to 1” thick.
With a dedicated press brake programmer, offline software, and 3D import capabilities, Raymath can develop the proper bending sequence before the first part, saving time and money from startup scrap as well as errors in bending in production. And with years of bending experience, we utilize the perfect blend of technology and wisdom needed to produce the perfect part. Sometimes, bending metal is an art, and we have some of the finest artists around.
Comprehensive Capabilities
If your part evolves into higher volumes or it requires a complex shape that just isn’t suited for a brake press, Raymath also has complete stamping press capability to complement our press brake capability. Need a hat channel, we can do it. Need to add some holes while bending. We can do it!
