When metal fabrication requires extensive, high-volume welding, our welding cells produce consistently high-quality, durable results regardless of production volume requirements. Powered by the industry’s leading software, we provide rapid precision, uniformly high-quality, and durable results. We currently have six cutting-edge robotic welding cells, with room and capacity to increase to 10 active cells for high-volume production.
Advanced Cobot Welding Technology
Located in Troy, OH, Raymath is in the same town as the world-renowned Hobart Institute of Welding Technology. As such, we employ some of the best Hobart-trained welders in the industry, including the robotic welding supervisor. We use our experienced welding professionals to create high-quality welds with the help of our advanced collaborative robotic technology.
We use Fronius Welding power supplies, which are known to be the most advanced in the industry. A combination of the best hardware and the best-trained people results in the best welds, giving the customer complete confidence that their product will not only hold up in the harshest conditions but also be very visually appealing.
